My Super Tiny Teeny-Weeny Ex - 12

Sydney came home from work, took a shower and came to bed ready to have sex as usual. It was hard for me to open my legs up to him knowing that he’d been lying to me all this time, but I made myself do it, like I had done for the past six months since I’d found out about how much money he was hiding. Even when I hinted around for things that we needed in the house or how a bill was about to go unpaid and said things like “We’re going to have to come up with the money some how,” he never gave any indication that he had it in the bank. Nor did he produce any cash.

Not wanting him in my face, I let him in from behind and falsified my moaning and groaning, encouraging Sydney to finish his poking faster. When he was done, he collapsed and pulled me to him. “I’ll be ready for round two in about an hour,” he chuckled.

I lay there silently in random thought about how challenging marriage really was. When I heard Sydney begin to snore softly, I scooted forward out of the spoon.

“Where you going?” he mumbled putting forth a little effort to keep me in place.

“I need some water,” I lied. I wasn’t thirsty; I just couldn’t lay there one more second in the arms of a man who refused exert any more effort, no matter how slight, to better his own life, and then be so selfish on top of that. It was a turn off, no matter how good the sex could be.

“Bring me something to drink when you come back,” he mumbled. “Please.”

“Okay.”

With no specific purpose other than to get out of Sydney’s presence, I walked to the kitchen and leaned against the counter, folding my arms across my chest. There was complete silence other than the ticking of a wall clock. The sound drew my eyes to it and reminded me that there were only three sleeping hours left before I would have to get up, get the kids ready and go to work. Sydney was working from four to midnight, so it only seemed logically right that he would get Casey off to school, and keep Carlos, during the day time, but he still refused forcing me to pay the extra daycare money anyway.

I was so disgusted with my lying lazy husband.

Which made me think about Quinton Larowe.

Relationship Magic - Part One

A Mini Excerpt from the novel Spoonin'

“Show me that rock girl,” Sydney grinned, then winked seductively. With a giggle I placed my hand into his, he kissed the backside then centered it on his crotch and I began fondling.

““Mmm,” he moaned. “Yeah, that’s it. Work that thing, baby.”

We’d played ‘show me the rock’ eight other times since he’d dressed my finger with his commitment. I’d show him the rock on my finger and he would show me the one in his pants. Once I got him to full attention, we would find somewhere to pull over and get our freak on. Didn’t matter where; sometimes it was right on the side of the road, as long as one of us kept our eyes open just in case a police cruiser rolled by. Other than that, every other driver on the highway was too busy trying to get to where they were going to pay much attention to us.

The first time we played, we made sure Casey was asleep then turned on a narrow little dirt road between some corn stalks, which was the perfect place for me to sit on the hood of the car, open my legs and show him how much I was looking forward to being his wife. For this round, I got on my knees turned towards the driver’s seat while he stood in the passenger door behind me, gripped my hips and laid his pipe. Woooo! I loved this game! It only took a couple of minutes per session but the risquéness made is so enjoyable. It was gonna be one of the things we did to keep our sex life hot and spicy once we tied the knot.

Have You Had Your Brown Sugar Today? - K Matthews

Bubblin' Brown SugarTo experience full reading pleasure - click the play button below

Here's an excerpt from Lisa's Dress - my own contribution to the anthology Bubblin' Brown Sugar

It sounds stupid, but I stood in my bedroom closet in complete darkness for ten minutes, then I eased to the floor like a helium balloon with a tiny pin prick allowing air to slowly escape, folded my arms across my knees and dropped my head. In the closet, no one, not even I, could see my tears.
I'd actually come in the closet to pick a suit to wear to church, trying to force myself to go. It had been weeks since my last appearance, and the more I stayed away, the more various people reached out to me to make sure I was alright. I was too ashamed to tell them the truth, to admit I'd messed up, to ask for help. So to prove to everyone that they were worried about me for nothing, I was going to force myself to enter the house of the Lord, clap my hands when the choir sang, shout out a few amens when the pastor preached, and just tell everyone that I'd simply been working overtime. But the first thing my eyes fell on when I walked in the closet today was Lisa's wedding dress. It was hanging where it had always hung since we married just under five years ago. Zipped in a clear garment bag, mid-way the rack, it had served as a separator between her clothes and mine. I'd been in this same closet a thousand other times since our break-up, and barely even saw the dress, but today the shimmering white fabric embellished with Svorkian crystals demanded my attention and held me captive.
Lost in a sea of thought, I stood motionless, except my eyes which randomly scanned the garment until I flicked the light off. I remembered how Lisa took my pure breath away that day, our wedding day, gliding towards me like the angel she was. And still is. And just like now, it had brought tears to my eyes, overwhelmed that God would bestow upon me such favor to bless me with a woman like Lisa. No, not a woman like Lisa, but with Lisa. No one but the two of us knew at the time, but my seed was hidden deep within her belly, and that, mixed with her radiant beauty, forced me to take my handkerchief from my pocket to absorb the slow trickle of moisture that had expressed to our audience the emotion I felt that day. She was my queen and I vowed to honor and treat her as such. It's funny how tears can express both unspeakable joy and unspeakable pain.
My own sniff broke the silence for just a fraction of a second, and even though I was hidden from the world, I refused to bawl, although it's exactly what I felt like doing. Instead, I shifted to lie on my back, staring up towards a ceiling I couldn't see, looking for what I'd been frantic to find for three years now - a ray of light.

What Did YOU Lie About Yesterday?

Meet Terri D, author of Yesterday's Lies.

What secrets do you keep from the one you share everything with? Secrets. Lies. Half-Truths.

Toni is single and still looking for Mr. Right. She dates but tends to give up too much in the beginning, hoping that each time will be different. Her best friend, Jada, is married and keeps a watchful eye from the sideline as she hopes and prays that someday soon her best friend will be blessed with a good man of her own. It's been seven long years since Benjamin has seen the love of his life, Toni. In fact, he's lost contact with all of his friends and wonders how his arrival will impact each of their lives. His best friend David Jr., Jada's husband, while happy about Benjamin's arrival in their lives, is conflicted as he holds the key to their past. Darien is a devout ladies' man. He's never been in love and steers away from any sister looking to be a permanent fixture in his world. His lunch time hookups with Toni, a chick from work, is mmm...mmm...good. When they start to venture out to dinner with breakfast in bed, the "nothing serious" seems to be simmering up.

Yesterday's Lies A poignant tale of a circle of close knit friends whose lives are more intertwined than they realize. That is until the blurred lines of Love, Lust and Friendship begins to reveal the half-truths and lies that exist. Will the secrets they all hold from the past ruin their friendship and lives forever?

Terri D is a long term transplant resident of Harrisburg, PA.  She is a single mother of three who has written poetry and short stories all her life. Yesterday's Lies is her debut novel and is available in paperback and Kindle.

My Super Tiny Teeny-Weeny Ex - 20

Quinton and I had gotten to the place where we chatted almost everyday on instant messenger. Quinton always brought a smile to my face when his chat box popped up. He was one of the reasons why I looked forward to going to work each day. The conversations did get a bit racy, but since he was not even in my same state I shrugged it off as harmless.

QLaRowe: Hey sweetheart. How’s it going this morning.

KChristopher: Great – how are you?

QLaRowe: Cool. What you got on today

KChristopher: You know me, I’m keeping it hot. A skirt, boots. Something simple but sexy.

QLaRowe: Send me a pic

KChristopher: Nope

QLaRowe: Why are you so scared to do stuff? What harm is a picture gonna do? Geez.

KChristopher: I got work to do, don’t you?

QLaRowe: You need to let me work on you. That’s alright. I know where to get pictures from. I look at your picture on Facebook every day.

KChristopher: You need to quit it.

QLaRowe: You should post some new ones up there. That way you don’t have to be a chicken about sending it to me.

He had a point.

KChristopher: I might do that later.

QLaRowe: Post a back shot.

KChristopher: See now you trippin’

QLaRowe: I still remember what you looked like when you were trying to run out of the casino. I purposely stayed a few steps behind you just so I could enjoy the view.

KChristopher: What?!

I blushed.

QLaRowe: I was like dayyyyyum! I don’t mean no disrespect to your husband, but you make a brother wanna leave the one he with and start a new relationship with you. (in my Usher voice)

KChristopher: Oh so you’re seeing somebody?

QLaRowe: Kinda. But it ain’t nothing.

Quinton wasn’t my husband or boyfriend so why did I feel slighted?

My Super Tiny Teeny-Weeny Ex - 17

“So what got into you tonight,” he asked padding back from the bathroom with a washcloth and handing it to me.

“It had been a while since we really got down to business like a husband and wife,” I grinned.

He stood looking at me waiting for me to finish my quick clean up. “You sure that was it?”

“Why, you didn’t enjoy it?”

“I’m not saying I didn’t; I’m just wondering what made you all,” he circled his hand in the air looking for words. “All freaky and what not.”

“I don’t know. I just needed some bad.”

“Mmm-hmm,” he said in an unbelieving tone. “I think it’s more to it than that.” He walked back to the bathroom, dropped the washcloth in the sink and returned to bed.

There was, but I wasn’t fool enough to say it. “Like what?”

“It’s something. You just don’t come home one day all of a sudden being a freak in the sheets when you ain’t been wantin’ to do it at all in the past damn year.”

“Maybe I realized I need to start doing better in the sex department and keep my man satisfied at home.”

“Yeah but what made you all of a sudden realize that. I been telling you that for a while now.”

“Nothing in particular,” I lied wishing he would just drop it.

“Something done happened,” he suspected.

“Nothing happened Sydney. I see I can’t come home and make love to my husband without it being some uncalled for drama.”

“I just want to know who you made love to first before you got home,” he accused.

“Why would you think I’m cheating on you Sydney.”

“Cause you coming all out the blue with some new mess that you ain’t been doing. I been tryna revive that freak in you for I don’t know how long.”

“So why can’t I just be trying something new?”

“Yeah that’s exactly what you doing, but where did you get it from; that’s what I want to know. You ain’t never just been laying wide open before with your ass all in the air waiting for me to come home. You ain’t been asking for me to put it on you, you ain’t been winding it up and throwing it back – but I’m just supposed to believe you just all of a sudden started feeling a little spontaneous and came up with that? You must think you married to a fool.”

“I tell you what then. We will just go back to what we’ve been doing and that’s’ hardly having sex at all since you don’t appreciate some new spice,” I said attempting to throw him off. “I swear, you can’t be happy about nothing. If I don’t wanna have sex you complaining, if I wanna have sex you complaining about that too.”

“I don’t know who you done started screwin’ at that bank but when I find out, I’ma deal with it.”

My Super Tiny Teeny-Weeny Ex - 13

Quinton walked me to the door of my suite, then asked if he could come inside for just a few minutes. Now as many times as I've seen this very thing happen in the movies, where the guy asks to come in, he and the girl end up having sex, then he leaves before the sun comes up, you would think I would have said: ‘Quinton, I don't think that's a good idea.’ And maybe I would have said that but I felt obliged to entertain his company for a few minutes because we had just won all this money together.

Every response other than 'no' that I thought to say sounded just like what every other woman had ever said, and ultimately ended up with her panties off and her legs in the air. At any rate, I let Quinton in and we sat on opposite ends of a small sofa watching back-to-back episodes of The Family Guy.

“Why are you way over there?” Quinton tossed a pillow at me, which I grabbed and placed behind my head.

“Because its safe and you're not slick.”

“Slick? What do you mean by that?”

“You know what I mean.” I drew my feet up onto the couch.  Quinton stared at me for a few seconds then grabbed one of them and began to tickle me.

“Stop it,” I giggled and kicked at him with my free foot, which led to him diving on top of me and digging into my sides. All the wiggling, squirming and laughing transitioned into bumping, grinding and lustful panting. He studied my eyes for as long as I could keep them open before my guilt caused me to close them. That wasn't exactly the best thing I could have done; it only encouraged Quinton to press both his lips and his pelvis into mine, and feeling the softness of his lips and the hardness of his manhood, I all but melted beneath him. The warmth of his kiss resonated from my lips, down my body to my toes then back up again stopping at my hot spot and heated things up in that area. I flexed my womanly muscles a few times as my body became alive and hungry.
