When a woman marries again it is because she detested her first husband. When a man marries again, it is because he adored his first wife. Women try their luck; men risk theirs.
I have to really give this some thought. I don't believe I gave any thought to my first husband when I married Clay. I just can't imagine having my him in the back of my head as my motivation for marrying a second time.
Can anyone vouch for this?
