So I'm reading through a few bulletins this morning and I see an interesting post. Someone is trying to find a home for an animal that is part WOLF-part dog. Can you tell which part I take issue with? PART WOLF???? It doesn't help that I am not a pet lover, (while I am not a pet hater, and have nothing against those with pets . . . I just dont have or want one) . . . but PART WOLF????
THAT DOESN'T SOUND DANGEROUS TO ANYONE OTHER THAN ME?????
In MY mind - there is a 50% chance that one day, the WOLF half of the WOLF dog is gonna rise up and be like . . . "you know what? I'm sicka yall making me chase sticks, putting this rope around my neck to limit my movement, and swatting me with newspaper. And what is this brown pebbly mess in this bowl?? That ain't meat! I tell you what . . . y'all got one more time to put me out in the back yard when I wanna watch TV and its gonna be ON!!!"
Then the next thing you know - you're having to rush Little Lizzy to the emergency room because she was minding her own business, playing like she normally does, when the wolf-dog is reminded that he is very much A WOLF!!!!
Now to me . . . getting a wolf dog as a pet is just ASKING for trouble!!! Didn't we learn ANYTHING from the three little pigs???
